Milk powder is best to use fresh, baby milk powder, other milk powder is particularly easy to defoam. The milk powder should be used up as soon as possible, otherwise the water absorption and clumping will also affect the defoaming and even the deterioration of the milk powder.

Add corn starch and baby milk powder, stir the egg evenly, let stand for about 2 or 3 minutes to allow the milk powder and corn starch to absorb water, then the puree batter is uniform and fine, and then stir evenly for later use.
