Shrimp and vegetable sauce
When I have no appetite in summer, I like to bowl low-fat vegetables and shrimps for juice. It is refreshing and not greasy, and the key is not to grow meat! Super simple approach, 5 minutes!

Shrimp half a kilo
Broccoli a few flowers
konjac knot 1 box
green and red pepper several
Garlic 3 petals
Jane's Choice of Seafood Sauce right amount
Spicy pepper 1 scoop

Prepare the ingredients, open the water into broccoli and konjac knots, boil them, put the shrimp into it, add some scallion and ginger cooking wine to remove fishy smell, take out cold water after cooking, and peel the shells.

Put them together in a bowl, add garlic, cooked sesame, green and red pepper, a little chili oil, pour in a proper amount of juice, mix well and you can eat it, marinate for 15 minutes and taste more delicious!
