Pumpkin risotto
The basic ingredients of risotto are red onion or/and onion, garlic, white wine, parmesan cheese. Eat healthy with olive oil. Fresh cream or butter can be put on or off. Steamed pumpkin with skin and roasted. Most of the pumpkin flesh is whipped into mud. Leave some small pieces with skin. This tastes more pastoral.

Cold oil under onion grains and garlic puree. Fry until soft. Don't fry until you smell hot.
