Muxu Meat
One of my favorite dishes when I was a kid! All meat and vegetarian eggs!
Food Ingredients
Auricularia auricula 1.
Eggs 2 One
Cucumber half root
Carrot half root
Meat 100g
cooking wine 1 scoop
Soy sauce 1 scoop
Oyster Sauce 1 scoop
Salt right amount
Starch 1 scoop
Vinegar A few drops
sesame oil A few drops
Step

Slice meat for later use!

Fried eggs for later use

agaric bubble good in advance! Carrot, cucumber slices

Pot, burn oil, garlic and onion

Add the meat slices and saute until discolored

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt and stir-fry well.

Pour in side dishes and stir fry

Starch add a little water, salt, a few drops of vinegar and sesame oil, stir well! Pour into the pan and thicken! Stir-fry evenly!
