Knock the eggs into the bowl and fully break them up. It is recommended to smoke them with eggs.

Add two teaspoons of potato starch to the sauce with two tablespoons of cold water and set aside. (potato starch can be replaced by other starch) each kind of starch viscosity is not the same, according to their own needs to adjust the state.

Boil the water in the pan, pour the adjusted sauce into the water after boiling, and stir until the water is boiling, so that the soup will become thick and thick. After mixing the egg liquid, it will not sink easily.

After the water is boiled, adjust the fire to a low temperature, pour in the beaten egg liquid, stir while pouring, and then immediately turn off the fire to avoid overcooking the egg flowers.
