Black Pepper Garlic Beef
⭐Ingredients: snowflake beef, garlic, black pepper, onion⭐Practice: 1⃣Add the beef grains (raw flour, soy sauce, white sugar, black pepper grains, cooking wine) and marinate them evenly for more than 30 minutes. 2 ️⃣Heat the pan and release the oil, turn the garlic grains into a small fire and fry them until golden yellow, then scoop them up for later use. 3 ️⃣Then add the beef grains and fry them until they are golden yellow. If they are large, they will take about 6 minutes (you can cut one with scissors to see if the meat is ripe or not);4 ️⃣Pour out the excess oil, stir-fry the scallion, garlic and beef together, pour in (soy sauce, white sugar, cooking wine), grind some black pepper and stir-fry evenly. 5⃣Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
