Fried Kale
Kale is often said that the leaves are hard and not delicious. In addition to massaging the leaves with olive oil and vinegar, another way is to stir-fry them with a little water and salt over a small fire. Use oil or water and stir-fry for a while. It only takes about 2-3 minutes. Personally, I prefer this method because it is faster and can make sauce at the same time. Therefore, I specially sent this recipe (the pictures are all from the Internet).
Food Ingredients
Kale 100-200g
Olive Oil/Avocado Oil 1 small spoon
Salt
curry powder 1 small spoon
Tahini Sauce Sesame Sauce
Tahini 1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice 1/2 lemon
Hemp Seeds
Step
1
Heat a large saucepan (preferably cast iron) over medium-high heat. Add oil to heat, add chopped kale, and season with salt and curry powder (choose your favorite spice powder, such as turmeric powder, chili powder, garlic powder, etc.). Then cover and cook for 1 minute.
2
Once the pot is covered, start making the sauce. The lemon juice, hemp seeds and tahini paste are placed in a glass jar and covered with a lid to be even.
3
Remove the lid and stir, cover the pot again and cook until the kale is slightly wilted, but still with a vibrant green and a little crispy. The entire cooking process takes about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer from the pan to a plate and pour in the lemon juice, hemp seeds and tahini. Please enjoy.
