Honey barbecued pork ribs
I wrote my own prescription for barbecued pork sauce. I always have barbecued pork sauce and honey at home. spareribs are also a must-have home-cooked dish every week. This honey barbecued pork ribs is definitely a good dish to try, fragrant but not hard. Simple and quick! Hard dish!
Food Ingredients
ribs 2 strips (600g)
Ginger 30g (in 3 portions)
Onions (can be replaced by garlic) 20 grams

Honey 1 tablespoon (10g)

Pot water, ginger, pepper. Boil the water, add the ribs and boil again for 2 minutes.

Clean the spareribs after blanching and drain. Put it in a basin and insert ginger slices into it. This is the second part of the ginger usage, to the ribs fresh to remove fishy.

Pour in the ribs and simmer. Simmer over medium and small fire for about 5 minutes, and mix evenly in the middle.

If there is not enough water, add a small amount of hot stock or hot water. Add cold water and the ribs have hardened.

The juice is basically dried, add 1 tablespoon of salt, add a few drops of edible oil (about 1.5 tablespoons), and drop a few drops of cooking wine (not allowed).
