Black Pepper Beef with Rice

All ingredients are diced and beef is pickled with black pepper, salt and starch for half an hour in advance. Black Pepper Sauce = Black Pepper Sauce with Water (1:1)

Hot pan, medium heat, 5ml oil, saute garlic slices.

Pour the diced beef and stir-fry until it is broken (with a little red). Beef should not stay in the pan for a long time. It is not delicious when it is old, and it is difficult to chew when it is not tender.

Pour 5ml oil again, stir-fry onion until yellow.

Add carrots and stir-fry for 20 seconds.

Then pour the mushrooms and broccoli and stir-fry together for half a minute.

Then add beef and black pepper sauce and stir fry quickly for 20 seconds.

Season with salt and black pepper.

If you like more juice, you can add more black pepper juice. I just ran out of mine.

Slight spicy feeling, this beef is also tender, very rice.
