Air fryer to bake dripping butter cookies

Butter 60g
low gluten flour 105g
Eggs 20g
powdered sugar/caster sugar 25g
Milk powder 20g

Room temperature softened butter remember to put in a large bowl!! It is more convenient to knead dough at the back. If it is too cold in winter, the microwave oven defrosting mode will take eight seconds ~ ~

Add powdered sugar to the manual egg beater and mix well. Don't overkill! Just stir the sugar and butter

Add the egg in two times and mix well

Sift in low gluten flour and milk powder scraper and mix until there is no dry powder and knead into a ball (add 2g cocoa powder for chocolate flavor ~) roll out about 3mm thick between two pieces of oil paper ~ put into refrigerator for about 20 minutes

Bake in the air fryer at 150 degrees for five minutes (the temperature of our air fryer is too high, the actual temperature is about 160 degrees) and then bake for another five minutes. The biscuits with burnt color on the edge can be taken out. The thicker ones can be baked for another minute or two.
