Salted Egg White Cracker ~
After making the salted egg yolk meat floss green ball, there were a lot of raw salted egg white left. It was a pity to throw it away, so I tried to make biscuits and was very successful!
Food Ingredients
raw salted egg white
60g
low powder
60g
edible oil
30g
Step
1
Pour all the ingredients together, use a manual egg beater to draw a Z-shape and stir until there is no dry powder, until the batter of the egg beater falls smoothly (using raw salted egg white!)
2
Put the mixed batter into the piping bag, reduce the mouth and squeeze out the desired shape on the baking tray (the circle I drew at will). If there is no piping bag, pour it onto the baking tray with a spoon and spread it flat. However, this method requires a lot of patience, and it is recommended to use a piping bag to save trouble. (It is recommended to spread oil paper!)
3
Preheat the oven for 160 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes. The oven can be baked after a circle of coloring. This time I squeezed the batter thicker, so I baked it for 12 minutes. It's best to stare at the coloring for the last few minutes. The crackers are easy to burn. The newly baked part will be soft, just let it cool ~ salty, crisp and delicious!

Out of the oven

Rice paste can also be added to low flour (low flour: rice paste = 6:1) oat rice paste I use
6
This is pure low powder, extruded and sprinkled with black sesame, which is fragrant and crisp. This taste is the best to eat.
