Bake in the oven. Bake for 6 minutes and 5 minutes on each side on the upper and lower sides as shown in the picture. When the rice ball is turned over, I use my hands directly. It is inconvenient to use tools and it is easy to break the rice ball. If you are afraid of scalding, you can prepare a clean wet cloth beside it and turn it over to cool your fingers. (The rice balls can also be erected and baked in the last 5 minutes.)

The baked rice balls have slightly burnt grains on the surface. Don't bake them too hard and easily embed your teeth. In fact, it is the effect of rice crust.

Preservation method: frozen! You can bake a little more at a time, cool them one by one, wrap them in plastic wrap, and then put them in sealed boxes or sealed bags for freezing and preservation. When eating without first thawing, take it out and heat it in the microwave oven for 1-2 minutes, then bake it in the oven at 200 ℃ for 8-10 minutes. It can also be eaten only after heating in the microwave.
