Scrambled Egg with White Jade Mushroom

Food Ingredients
White Jade Mushroom (cut) 1 box
Fresh black fungus Half box
Tomatoes (diced) 2 One
Eggs (Beat loose) 3 to 4
Onion (cut into sections) 4
Garlic (sliced) half
Raw smoke 2 scoops
Oyster Sauce 1 scoop
Salt Small half spoon
White sugar (fresh) half spoon
Step

Rinse white jade mushroom and black fungus, remove roots from white jade mushroom and cut into segments
The water in the pot is boiled, and the white jade mushroom and black fungus are poured in for 1 minute.

Blanch, remove and drain, set to use

Fried eggs (don't fry old) out of the pan and put them on a plate for later use.
