Koi Tangyuan
It's time for the annual Lantern Festival again. The 15th day of the first month of the lunar calendar is also called Shangyuan Festival, Little First Month, Yuan Xi or Lantern Festival. This day is the last important festival in Chinese Spring Festival customs. Like New Year's Eve, southerners also attach great importance to this day. During the Lantern Festival, everyone will get together and cook a bowl of tangyuan after dinner, symbolizing reunion.

One color dough here can be made into 3 koi carp. The ratio of white dough and colored dough is 1:1 to make marble tangyuan skin, which is filled with black sesame seed filling.
