Hand-torn cabbage (Rice Killer Series II)
The temperature of the food that everyone likes to eat is the key.
Food Ingredients
cabbage half
Garlic 5 petals
dried chili 5
Raw smoke 1 tablespoon
Steamed Fish Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon
Chicken essence Small half spoon
Step
1
The cabbage is torn into large pieces by hand, and a leaf is divided into two. It is best to put it in water and drain it when it is needed.
2
Prepare garlic and dried chili garlic. It is better not to cut it so finely.
3
Add 1 spoon of raw soy sauce and 2 spoons of steamed fish and soy sauce into the bowl (if not, use raw soy sauce and a little white sugar instead) and 1 spoon of oyster sauce and a proper amount of chicken essence and stir well.
4
Burn the oil in the pan (because the ordinary family is not a hot stove, it is better to make full use of the pot gas to stir-fry the dishes in the shortest possible time because the pot is super spicy and smoke) add garlic grains and dried chili to stir-fry (I prefer to throw a few chili to add fragrance)
5
Put the drained cabbage into the pan and stir-fry the whole process for 20 seconds, add the blended sauce, pour it into the pan and continue to stir-fry for about 1 minute. Don't take too long or it won't be crisp (if you like acid, add some vinegar appropriately)
6
The pot is full of color, smell and taste ~ wait for the applause ~
