Carrot 1 root
Onion half
Tomatoes 1
Onion half root
Ginger 5 pieces
Garlic 5 petals
fragrant leaf 3 pieces
dried chili 10
Candy 10 pieces
Old smoke 1 scoop
Raw smoke 3 scoops
cooking wine 1 scoop
Salt right amount
Step
1
Cut the sirloin into pieces, put it in cold water, boil, skim the foam, cook for another 3 minutes, remove and drain for later use. Don't throw away the water in which the brisket is boiled, but use it later.
2
Stir-fry the sugar color over a small fire, and stir-fry the beef brisket to color after the sugar color.
3
Add scallion, ginger and garlic segments, geraniums and dried chili, stir-fry slightly, add raw soy sauce, old soy sauce and cooking wine, stir-fry over medium heat to produce fragrance.
4
Add the tomato pieces and tomato sauce and stir fry slightly.
5
Add the onion and stir-fry for a few minutes.
6
Add the water for blanching the beef brisket in the first step. It doesn't matter a little more. Add potatoes and carrots later. Boil the big fire, turn to low fire, stew for 40 minutes, add potatoes and carrots and continue to stew for half an hour, taste the salty and light of the soup, and add salt to adjust. (I forgot to take pictures with potatoes and carrots)
7
The soup received their ideal state, out of the pot with rice, delicious several large bowls. The tomatoes and onions had all been stewed and were particularly tasty. Do it!
