Fried Rice with Soy Sauce and Ham and Egg
I love this simple egg fried rice.
Food Ingredients
Rice a basin
Eggs 4
Ham a piece
Old smoke 2 scoops
MSG right amount
Chicken essence right amount
Shallot 2
Carrot half root

Prepare a few eggs to break up

Overnight rice (rice should be clearly granular and slightly harder), add a proper amount of old soy sauce and oil.

Grasp it evenly with your rich little hand (look at yourself with or without disposable gloves)

Cooking oil, putting eggs into the pan, quickly shaping and frying

Add rice and chopped green onion in turn, stir-fry the rice for one minute, then add diced ham and carrot, stir-fry for another minute, add chopped green onion, season with appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate and chicken essence, and then take it out of the pot and put it on a plate.
