Fried pork belly with pumpkin
A dish I like to eat in a fast food restaurant, but the fast food restaurant has too much taste and thirst, so I want to go home and try it myself. At first, I searched the small pumpkin fried meat in the kitchen and cooked my own taste by mistake. I 'd like to share it with you here.😉

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Processing ingredients: slice pumpkin and pork belly, chop ginger and dried chili, and mix sweet potato powder with water for later use.

3. After heating in the dry pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry the oil. It can be done over medium heat (the fire is easy to burn)

4. As in Step 3, the spiced pork is slightly golden yellow, add Jiang Mo and chili powder, stir-fry a few times, add raw soy sauce and old wine, stir-fry

Add pumpkin slices, stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes, add sugar to continue stir-frying, adjust medium heat, add monosodium glutamate, water starch to thicken (add in appropriate amount depending on the situation, don't pour it all in at once and overcook it will make it thick). It can be stuffy for 1 minute, add salt and stir-fry out of the pan.
