Crying to eat with fish rice
My uncle was sent to the imperial city. as a man close to the sea in the south, the saddest thing was that he could not eat seafood from his hometown. Ginger 20g
Garlic 10g
Soy sauce 10g
Oyster Sauce 10g

Cut the washed hairtail into sections and fry in a pan with oil until golden yellow on both sides.

After frying, add ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste
