Cut scallion and ginger into minced, soak in warm water for five minutes. If you don't like eating scallion and ginger, you can use warm water directly. This step is omitted.

Add scallion and ginger water to the meat stuffing for more than three times, add it once, stir the meat stuffing completely, and then add it for the second time. Stir the meat stuffing vigorously in one direction until the water is sucked into the meat.

Add cooking wine, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar (add a little sugar to improve freshness, you can add some chicken essence, my family doesn't eat chicken essence, so I didn't put it), continue to stir, like to eat pure meat stuffing after this step directly to do the last step is completed

Rub the radish and sprinkle a little salt to kill the water.

Kill the radish with good moisture and wring it out. If you don't like the long shredded radish, you can cut it up.

Add the shredded radish to the meat filling and continue to stir.

Finally, sprinkle sesame oil or cooked oil to lock in the moisture, so that the meat stuffing is soft, tender and juicy, and steamed stuffed bun dumplings wonton are suitable.
