Homemade Almond Chocolate
In the bag of Tiger Boy's spring outing, there is the' big almond chocolate' made by myself '! It's just that I underestimated the skill of making chocolate nuts and overestimated myself. After tossing and turning for a long time, the big almond chocolate is not handsome at all. It is quite different from the smooth and round beauty I usually see. I want to give up taking photos and blogging. While thinking about how to make a more perfect one next time, I squeezed one and chewed it in my mouth. The taste, sweet and fragrant, was really enjoyable. The mellow fragrance of nuts and the unique smooth and sweet fragrance of chocolate were really much better than those sold outside! Ugly is ugly! This has nothing to do with happiness! I hope someone can invent homemade chocolate beans, chocolate nuts mold!
Food Ingredients
Big Almond 48.
Chocolate 120g
Step
1
Break the chocolate into a clean bowl without water or oil.
2
Use the method of water heating to melt the chocolate, the water temperature is about 70-80 degrees. Be careful not to let water in the chocolate bowl.
3
When all the chocolate has melted into liquid form and there is no lump in the bowl, add large almonds and turn them over with chopsticks to wrap the chocolate with almonds.
4
Chocolate-wrapped almonds are picked out with chopsticks and placed in a non-stick place. I use baking oil paper.
5
After about 3-5 minutes, the chocolate will solidify, and then gently poke the chocolate almond with a toothpick, and it will peel off the oil paper
6
Then use a knife to gently scrape off the protruding parts of the edge of each almond chocolate to make it more round and smooth.
7
Wrap the chocolate for the second time, hold the almond chocolate with chopsticks and take it out as soon as possible to prevent the chocolate from melting again.
8
After wrapping them one by one, spread them out and cool them in turn again.
9
Just take a break again.
